You can relax and have all of your beauty needs taken care of, from your beauty timeline coordination through the makeup trial to your final wedding day application.
We use only clean, safe, non-toxic makeup. If you prefer natural products or have sensitive skin, you can rest easy.

OUR PROCESS
Request a quote
Request a quote by filling out our Bridal Quote Request Form with your event details. You’ll tell us all about your event and beauty needs. The more information you can share, the better.
Custom quote review
I’ll review your form and any personal requests. You’ll receive a custom quote and our Bridal Guide with additional information. If there are details to discuss, we can email or chat on the phone.
Contract signing
If everything sounds good, a contract will follow to collect your signature and a deposit to secure your date in our calendar. From there we’ll schedule your bridal trial and get into the fun stuff!
Here’s the scoop
Do to the current environment, we have strict healthy and safety protocols in place so you can feel comfortable with our in-person services. Our artists are vaccinated and will wear a mask during your service if requested. More information on our safety measures will be shared with you in your bridal contract, but feel free to reach out with questions.

Bridal Packages are custom for each bride to meet their individual needs. Pricing begins at $450 for the bride only, which includes both your day-of makeup and bridal makeup trial and consultation prior to the event. Please share your event details with us by submitting a quote request form and we will happily send you an estimate within 2 business days.

FAQs
How far in advance should I book my makeup services?
We typically book about 6-12 months out. For example, if your wedding is in August, reach out to us at the start of the calendar year. But please no later than 3 months to ensure your date is available. However, if you are in a pinch, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Where and when do trials take place?
Trials should be scheduled about 6-12 weeks in advance. Trials take place in our South Orange, NJ home studio unless otherwise specified. Since weekends are reserved for weddings, we try to book bridal trials during the week.
How should I prepare for my makeup trial?
Send us photos of makeup you love and any details about your wedding we should know (style, colors, etc). Skip any waxing or facials the week before so that your skin is calm. Wear a white shirt so as not to distract from the makeup when assessing your final look. We suggest coming to the trial alone so that you can make your own decisions about how you feel and we can take our time together.
What if I want to add more people to my contract?
If it’s within 6 months of your wedding date, we can accommodate most additions to your contract. If an assistant is needed to help with your group, an assistant fee and extra travel fee may be added.
Is a deposit required to book makeup services?
Yes, a 50% deposit and signed contract is required to hold your wedding date.
Do you travel?
We love to travel! A travel fee applies for destinations beyond 30 minutes from our location. For destination weddings, please inquire for a custom quote.
Do you also provide hair services?
Rebecca Kirkwood Beauty specialized in clean, natural makeup. Although we focus on makeup, we have trusted hair partners that we’d be happy to connect you with in the NJ, NYC, DC, and Upstate NY regions. We’ll work closely with them on your behalf to create your wedding schedule, so you can think of us as your beauty team!
What products do you use in your kit? What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Our pro kits are filled with non-toxic, clean beauty products. We use brands such as Ilia, Kosas, Beautycounter, Alima Pure, Clove + Hallow, 100% Pure, and Vapour Beauty. We only use fragrance-free makeup and skincare. Please inform us of any sensitivities and allergies in advance so we can be best prepared to serve you. We are very used to working with clients with special needs.
